What data and from where
I process only the data that you provide to me yourself by contacting me via email: your email address, name or signature you sign with, and the content of the message. The website does not have forms, does not use analytical tools or cookies other than technical ones necessary for its display. My hosting provider logs standard technical data in server logs, including IP address, to ensure the operation and security of the website (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Lit. f GDPR).
Purpose and legal basis
I process correspondence data to answer your message and maintain correspondence. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in handling inquiries addressed to me (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Lit. f GDPR), and if the contact aims to conclude a contract, taking action at your request before concluding it (Art. 6 Sec. 1 Lit. b GDPR).
Retention period
I store the data for the time necessary to handle the matter, and after its completion for the limitation period of potential claims. I delete correspondence that does not lead to further cooperation when it is no longer needed.
Recipients and transfer
I do not share data with other entities except for the hosting provider and email provider that I use. I do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, nor do I make automated decisions, including profiling.
Rights
You have the rights resulting from GDPR: the right of access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing based on my legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for me to answer your message.
